What is An Apron and a Suitcase? In short, it’s a slow travel and plant-based food blog where I share my exclusive seasonal recipes, travel tales, and photography. The inspiration for my recipes comes from my journey around the globe and the seasonality of the produce that I grow and forage for… Hence the name: An Apron and a Suitcase. You’ll either find me lugging a suitcase around the world or wearing an apron while conjuring up delicious vegan eatery in the kitchen. Find out more about me, the food, travels, and photography by heading over to the subsections.
